Amazing Guide, Fantastic Tours

My wife and i spent New Years in Siem Reap over 3 nights. The moment we met Bunleap at the airport we knew we had a winner. Over the next two long days of tours we were amazed at Bunleap's knowledge not only of Siem Reap but also the history of his country. This along with his attentiveness to our comfort and his fantastic sense of humour allowed us to absorb the culture, food and lovely people in a very short (too short) period. If you are considering a trip to see the temples we 100% recommend Bunleap - aka Daniel Craig 007 (He's a big James Bond fan)

Bunleap not only showed us around the temples around Siem Reap he always seemed to pick the best place to view them from (and take pictures). A couple of times we entered temple grounds through entrances that we seemed to be the only ones using which, considering the time of year (peak) felt very special. Bunleap speaks excellent English and had a lovely way of explaining this vast historical treasure which was both informative and kept us all engaged (2 adults 2 kids, 13 and 16). Our two days were filled with lots of laughter as well - Bunleap has a great sense of humour. I would thoroughly recommend engaging Bunleap as your guide :)

Bunleap is amazing! As a solo traveller it was important for me to get a really good and fun tour guide. Not only is Bunleap knowledgeable and accommodating, but he knows the best shortcuts to avoid crowds, and places to get the best shots with your camera. He's also pretty good at taking pictures of you too! Had the most wonderful time in Siem Reap. Thank you "bong"!

Bunleap elevated our visit to the temples above the expected with his knowledge, personal history and sense of humour. Although the major sites were extremely busy Bunleap managed to lead us in via 'secret' entrances, pointing out interesting fauna along the way. The icing on the cake was seeing the sun rise at Angkor Wat. It felt like we were the only ones there as we approached the eastern entrance in near pitch black. The temple gradually emerged against the lightening sky and it's an experience I will never forget. Bunleap never rushed us and we never felt like we were keeping to a schedule yet our air conditioned van was always ready and waiting with cold water. Thank you Bunleap, bong Anne-Mary

Bunleap was our guide to Angkor Wat. He made this an experience that we will remember forever. He was knowledgable, knew where to get the best photos from and made the visit fun. Walking shoes were a must and have plenty of water with you. Bunleap made sure our trip ran smoothly and never made us to feel like we were rushing. We were given plenty of time to enjoy the site. Our driver was always waiting for us. Bunleap was one of the best guides we had throughout our trip. Thank you.

Bunleap is a special guy. We have seen many famous world sites but none has been better. Why? Our guide Bunleap who brought the whole 'Angkor' experience to life. His knowledge, delivered in a serious yet extremely interesting, way made our day very enjoyable. To see such ancient architecture and have its history brought to life is a unique talent Bunleap has. Not only that, he is charming, friendly, funny, respectful and very helpful. He took us as well for a'sunset' beer at the floating village at Siem Reap and more importantly arranged a specially requested shopping trip to make sure we finished our day with a G & T. Not all guides would be so thoughtful!
Bunleap: The Best Guide in All of Cambodia

If you want the best guide in Cambodia, Bunleap is your man. He is funny, polite, enjoyable, and extremely knowledgeable about the beautiful country that he is from. We were in Siem Reap for a little more than two days, and Bunleap showed us everything we could have possibly wanted and more. From the minute that he picked us up at the airport with his ear to ear smile and charismatic personality to the minute we hugged as we parted ways, he was the absolute best guide, and friend, we could have asked for. We arrived not knowing what to expect, and he immediately made us feel at home by letting us know which areas were the best to visit as we explored on our first night. His recommendations were fantastic. The next morning, he met us at 4 a.m. to show us the breathtaking sunrise over Angkor Wat. Bunleap's knowledge of the temple made our experience unbelievable. He demonstrated the perfect balance of telling us about the rich history of Angkor Wat while also letting us explore areas on our own. Our adventure continued as Bunleap took us to all of the other amazing temples of Siem Reap and explained to us the deep meaning behind each. We visited Ta Prohm, where the massive tress grow out of and around the temple ruins. At all of our stops, and particularly with these amazing trees, Bunleap showed his unmatched photography abilities, taking photos of us that we could not have captured ourselves and that we will cherish forever. Bunleap was also great at taking us away from the big tourist groups to show us the truly hidden gems of Cambodia. The next day, we hiked to see the majestic waterfalls, with ancient art etched in the rocks, and Bunleap explained to us the symbolism behind each piece. Later that night, he went out of his way to arrange a sunset boat ride for us, even providing us with drinks to enjoy the peaceful and serene moment. Finally, he took us to a truly unforgettable "cirque du soleil" experience, where youth from the streets of Cambodia showed off their amazing acrobatic skills and their true appreciation for the opportunity they have been given. In all, our trip was unforgettable and it would not have been the same without Bunleap. If you are going to Cambodia and want the best guide in the whole country, look no further than Bunleap. He is truly the best.

today our tour guide Bunleap ( the best tour guide around) took us to ankor wat it was amazing Bunleap knows everything and delivers it with a smile and a laugh he is also multilingual, we also had a beautiful lunch in a provisional authentic farm restauarant and to Bunleap's credit also paid for my beer till i came back to my hotel and could re-pay him since i forgot to bring money. To all who want to experience Cambodia at it's best Bunleap is the man

Bunleap is an awesome tour guide who outlined the perfect tour for us and was able to get in everything we wanted to see during our three days in Cambodia. He is extremely knowledgeable and we learned so much on our tours with him and he was able to answer all our questions. His brother-in-law drove the well maintained and air conditioned van and was very professional. When we needed water, he had it, when we needed a cold toilette, he had it, when we were done walking the temples he was always there waiting for us with the van. Next time we are in Cambodia we will be using his services again. I cannot say enough good things about Bunleap and Heng. If you do the tour, Angkor wat at sunrise and the floating village are a must-see!!!

Bunleap was a fantastic tour guide and I know our trip wouldn't have been as amazing without him. He was incredibly helpful, taking us to several different locales giving us a sense that we really saw as much of the area as we could in the short time we were there. He was not only very friendly with a great sense of humor but vastly knowledgeable, giving us detailed descriptions of every location we visited from ancient history to more recent events regarding the area. Angkor Wat is a must see and having Bunleap to explain the history of the beautiful place we were exploring added so much more depth and meaning to the visit. Also, after having a beer and a smoke with the locals of the floating fishing village, Bunleap made it a point to have a cooler filled with beer for our next day trip to waterfall and sleeping Buddha, which were also amazing to experience, but having some cold ones while doing so was a perfect day way to cool off. His prices were also very reasonable and well worth it have someone as helpful as him showing us around such a gorgeous country. Thanks again Bunleap!
